Harry Styles’ ice bath is giving us hot flashes.

“As It Was” superstar Harry Styles is cooling down after a scorching hot summer filled with album releases, new movie trailers, and hot live performances. So, how does the singer get relief? With an ice-cold plunge.

In a recent tour post shared on Styles’ Instagram, the singer is stripped down and submerged in a silver tub.

Styles is an ice bath enthusiast and frequently takes a plunge as part of his post-concert routine. Athletes and celebrities often use ice baths to help reduce inflammation, boost mental health, and improve sleep.
