Fifty never looked so good!

It may be Neil Patrick Harris’ birthday, but the actor decided to spend his special day giving his fans a present. The Uncoupled star posted a thirst trap to their Instagram account, showing off their dad bod. “Fifty. Let’s GO,” he captioned the image.

Unsurprisingly, friends and fans flooded the comment section with compliments and well wishes – including Harris’ How I Met Your Mother co-star Cobie Smulders.

“What a stud,” she wrote. “Love you.”

Billy Eichner, Sam Smith, and Uncoupled co-stars Dan Amboyer, Emerson Brooks, and Gilles Marini also shared their love for NPH.

Harris celebrated his birthday with a 50 day scavenger hunt – where he received an envelope every day with a new task for him to complete leading up to his big day. He even received an envelope during his live appearance on Good Morning America.

@gma Neil Patrick Harris has been on an epic 50-day scavenger hunt ahead of his 50th birthday, where he gets a new envelope every day with a different task … and guess who has today’s envelope! ???????? #NeilPatrickHarris #DavidBurtka #Birthday #ScavengerHunt #Letters #DragMeToDinner ♬ original sound – Good Morning America

When Harris is not flexing his guns, he’s busy starring on Broadway, spending time with his family and of course, acting. He will appear as a menacing villain in the upcoming episodes of Doctor Who and will return as Michael Lawson in the queer series, Uncoupled. The show first premiered on Netflix before it was cancelled and picked up by Showtime. However, reports say the series is on hold due to the ongoing writers strike.

Happy birthday NPH. We love you!
