The singer took to her Instagram story this week to break the news and let her fans know about her current health situation.

“I’m so f***ing sick I can’t get out of bed,” she shared with a photo of her inside a hotel room. “I can’t do this anymore. This next tour will be my last. I love and thank you guys.”

“Gonna power thru it for you guys [sick emoji] [black heart emoji] I’ll need help singing so sing loud for me bb’s!!” she added. “I barely have a voice, I’m gonna be pointing the mic to the audience a lot tonight.”

On Tuesday night, Lovato performed in Santiago, Chile, and thanked the crowd for helping her get through the performance.

“You guys reeeeeally pulled thru tonight,” she wrote in another Insta story. “Thank you sooo f*cking much – I love you more than you know.”

Her next concert will take place next week in Sacramento, California. She has over 20 shows remaining on tour, which will take her traveling all over the U.S.
