Rumors are swirling around the Internet and social media, but even long-standing staff members are in the dark. According to the Daily Mail, one staff member said, “Everyone is on tenterhooks. But at the moment, only those closest to her genuinely know what on earth this is all about.”

Buckingham Palace has yet to comment.

More to come.
