On Wednesday, a video allegedly showing Congressman Madison Cawthorn naked and on top of another man went viral. The video was tweeted by several accounts, including
@dylanatxs, which had more than 250,000 views when we published this article. Since then, MeidasTouch.com, the account that tweeted the video allegedly showing a male staffer rubbing Madison Cawthorn’s groin, commented on its legitimacy.
MeidasTouch.com wrote “[a] video has leaked which purportedly shows Madison Cawthorn having sex with what appears to be his male cousin. Cawthorn thrusts his p***s into his cousin’s face while naked in bed together, making loud moaning noises.”

Cawthorn quickly addressed the clip, “A new hit against me just dropped. Years ago, in this video, I was being crass with a friend, trying to be funny. We were acting foolish and joking. That’s it. I’m NOT backing down. I told you there would be a drip drip campaign. Blackmail won’t win. We will.”
