Anderson Cooper and Benjamin Maisani break up after nine years.
The 50-year-old CNN host and the 45-year-old NYC nightclub entrepreneur ended their relationship after nine years of dating.
In a statement to the Daily Mail, Cooper said, “Benjamin and I separated as boyfriends some time ago. We are still family to each other, and love each other very much. We remain the best of friends, and will continue to share much of our lives together.”

Earlier this week, Cooper and Maisani were photographed together leaving their posh Manhattan residence.
Cooper commented on the breakup weeks after he was photographed with Dallas radiologist Victor Lopez. The photos appeared on Lopez’s Instagram, which is a private account.
Cooper and Lopez have not commented.
