Season 3 is bringing even more heart, honesty, and firsts—including a date you won’t want to miss.
Love is officially back on track—literally. Love on the Spectrum U.S. returns for Season 3, and this time, the beloved Emmy-winning dating series is introducing a lovable new icon: 22-year-old Pari from Boston.
In an exclusive clip shared with us from the new season, viewers get a front-row seat to one of Pari’s dates with another woman. The two connect over a cozy dinner, sharing laughs and trading sweet anecdotes. Pari’s authenticity and joy radiate from the screen—and it’s the kind of moment that makes this show so powerful: raw, real, and refreshingly unfiltered. “I’m going to keep being unapologetically autistic.”

Pari, a newcomer to the series, is excited to share every part of who she is. “I want to inspire others by celebrating my autism as a unique and beautiful part of who I am,” she says. That includes proudly embracing her queerness and breaking down gender norms. “It’s OK for girls and women to like both trains and princesses,” she declares. “Age and gender do not matter.”
While she’s dated men in the past, Pari says she feels most at ease dating women. “It’s a better match for me,” she explains. And her dream date? Think gluten-free pasta, train rides, and a walk through nature’s prettiest spots—plus some good old-fashioned Disney-style romance.
Pari brings a long list of charming hobbies to the table, including railfanning (a.k.a. trainspotting), drawing, sewing doll dresses, gaming, animating, and singing. In love, she’s searching for something simple and beautiful: “love, support, kindness, comfort, trust, understanding, and loyalty.”

With two acclaimed seasons behind it, Love on the Spectrum has already carved out a space in reality TV for honest, empathetic portrayals of neurodiverse individuals navigating the dating world. But Season 3 takes it one step further, showcasing even more diversity in love and identity.
Produced by Karina Holden and Cian O’Clery at Northern Pictures, the new season continues to follow both new singles and returning favorites as they explore what romance means to them—whether it’s a fairy-tale ending or simply learning more about themselves along the way.
As Pari says in her own words, “It’s about being yourself, no matter what.” And if this clip is any indication, Season 3 is shaping up to be the most inspiring—and inclusive—season yet.
