“I’ll stop wearing black when they make a darker color” – Wednesday Addams.
It’s no secret Wednesday Addams has a knack for black clothing (she is allergic to color, after all). The new Netflix series delivers many iconic outfits worn by the witty, horror-loving teen – like the black number she wears to The Rave’N. But Wednesday is not the one rocking the dark aesthetic lately. Actress Jenna Ortega, who brings Wednesday to life in Tim Burton’s latest spin-off, has been rocking swoon-worthy looks while promoting the new series.
Wednesday has been a record-breaking show for Netflix, surpassing Stranger Things as the most-watched English language series in one week. Fans started buzzing online, sharing their favorite moments from the eight episodes and recreating Ortega’s dance scene from episode four.

The Scream actress opened up to Tv Guide about dancing to The Cramps’ 1981 track, “Goo Goo Muck,” and why she didn’t sleep the two nights before they filmed it.
“It was a really jam-packed week, we were shooting episode three at the same time so I was learning German… I was doing a cello piece, there was a lot going on,” she said. “And about two nights before, I thought, ‘Oh, I said That I will do that and I haven’t yet.’ So I just didn’t sleep for two nights and worked and filmed myself, and there were a lot of different versions of what could’ve happened but that one seemed the most practical and made the most sense.”
