Just ask Olympic diver Tom Daley.
Like most professional athletes, Daley is in remarkable shape; you could bounce a quarter off his bubbly bum. Keep in mind, he’s 24 years old and has the body of a 24-year-old Olympian, but he knows a thing or two about getting in shape.

In a recent tutorial, Daley offered a glimpse of his bubble-butt exercise routine. The drill is part of a series of six-minute summer workouts to help you get in shape for the season. In Daley’s six-minute butt workout, you’ll do intervals designed to sculpt and shape your butt to be bubbly as possible.
