If you’re looking for a reason to run a hot bath tonight, Tom Daley just gave you the perfect excuse. The Olympic diving champ recently posted a behind-the-scenes ad for checks notes British Gas, and let’s just say, we are soaking in it.
In the video, Daley lounges in a bathtub like he’s ready to win another gold medal — but this time, for relaxation. “Nothing like taking a little soak in the bath,” he casually quips, “with the whole film crew watching you.” We’re hanging on every word, especially when he drops the towel to reveal that iconic speedo.

Let’s be real: we might not be in the market for British Gas, but we’re definitely here for this ad campaign! In his Instagram post, Daley writes:
“There’s nothing worse than a busted boiler throwing off your whole day! British Gas commits to being with you the same day if you have no heating or hot water. Just contact them by 11 am, even if you’re not a customer, and they’ll sort you out!”
Talk about hot service.
