Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars released their new single, “Die With a Smile,” on Thursday night, and fans can hardly contain their excitement!
A Star-Studded Collaboration
Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars have both been teasing the release on social media, building anticipation for what’s sure to be an unforgettable track. A press release describes “Die With a Smile” as a timeless ballad, marking Gaga’s first new music since 2021 and Mars’s since 2022.

Gaga’s Musical Tease
Gaga has been dropping hints about her upcoming seventh album, currently known as LG7. She’s been giving fans sneak peeks with snippets of unreleased songs during her time in Paris and even posted a piano teaser on Instagram, where she played a bit of a new track while sporting a Bruno Mars t-shirt. After her stunning performance at the Olympic opening ceremony, Gaga treated her fans to a mini listening party outside her hotel, playing a few songs straight from her laptop.
“I’m so deeply touched by my Frenchy fans this week outside the hotel. I’m gonna come out and say goodbye tonight with a few seconds of #LG7,” she shared on Instagram.
The Gaga Duet Magic
It’s unclear if “Die With a Smile” will be on LG7, but Gaga has a track record of stellar collaborations. From “Just Dance” with Colby O’Donis to iconic duets like “Telephone” with Beyoncé, “Shallow” with Bradley Cooper, “Rain on Me” with Ariana Grande, and “Sour Candy” with BLACKPINK, Gaga always delivers.
Now, adding Bruno Mars to her list of collaborators, “Die With a Smile” promises to be another gem in Gaga’s crown. “Die With a Smile” is out now.
