California has a vendetta against bareback, and a new bill would allow you to sue producers and stars of films. Despite the fact that adult film studios claim they’re constantly testing for HIV and other STDs, that’s not enough for some citizens.

According to Chanel Preston, president of the Adult Performer Advocacy Committee, “Any person or group with an … agenda, anyone with a personal issue with a specific performer, or an overly zealous fan could use this power as a means to attack performers in the industry.”

This bill could put professional and amateur performers at risk. For example, if you produce web shows and don’t user protection, you could be sued and responsible for the fines. Do you think bareback performances should be illegal?
